This award-winning course connects strategic thinking and design, investigating emerging practices at the intersection of advertising and branding. Driven by insights, our students develop impactful brand communication, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
BA (Hons) Advertising and Brand Design will create opportunities to explore graphic design, strategy, branding, copywriting and art direction. Work with industry partners, brands, and emerging technologies and take your place within one of the most exciting sectors of the UK creative economy.

Become a brand storyteller
This advertising and branding degree explores how visual storytelling brings products and services to life. You’ll learn to develop brand communication, social media content, and marketing strategies while using creative frameworks to solve complex branding challenges. You’ll also build purpose-driven campaigns that address social, cultural, and environmental issues, creating stories that engage audiences across multiple channels.
From day one, our students engage with industry professionals through live briefs, studio visits, portfolio reviews, workshops, and mentorship. In the past six years, we've collaborated with global brands like Sky, Innocent, and Kopparberg, as well as leading agencies like Uncommon, TBWA, and JKR.
You will obtain a strong foundation in branding, graphic design, copywriting, and more, preparing you for a wide range of careers in advertising and brand design.
