Step 1: Online enrolment

All new students must complete online enrolment before arriving in person.

What is online enrolment? 

Online enrolment is the first step of completing the enrolment process at Ravensbourne University London. Once students are confirmed on their course, having met any conditions of their offer, our enrolment team will begin to send enrolment invitation information to your personal email address. 

Please ensure to make email accounts accepted by your email provider to avoid these emails going into your spam/junk folders. 

What do I need for online enrolment? 

  • Username and password (given to you in your invitation to enrol email)
  • Your student ID number (this will be in your invite to complete online enrolment email) 
  • A photo for your student ID 
  • Your current address  
  • Your term time address 
  • Emergency contact details 
  • Academic certificates (if required) 
  • Passport details 
  • Immigration document details (if required) 
  • BRP details (if required) 
  • Police registration (if required)

Online drop-in sessions

There will be regular online drop-in sessions with the Student Services team to help you with any questions you may have at the start of your journey with Ravensbourne. These will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, 1.00pm-2.00pm UK Time, starting Friday 11 August through to Friday 30 September 2023. Join here.
