Eligibility
When we begin allocating rooms, we use the criteria listed below to make the process fair for everyone:
- Students must have accepted/confirmed their offer from Ravensbourne via UCAS* in order to be considered for a room
- Students with medical disabilities have priority
- Proximity to Ravensbourne
- Date of registration
Please note: if you book a room directly with iQ and are then offered a Ravensbourne reduced rate room, you will be unable to transfer your booking over.
How to apply
- Register your interest to join our waiting list.
- Ravensbourne will contact you via email once the allocation process starts and will keep you updated on progress.
- If you are allocated a room, we will contact you via email with a booking link to confirm details.
- You will have a period of 72 hours to confirm your booking. If you do not complete within this time, the room will be reallocated to the next student on the waitlist.
- In confirming a booking, you are committing to a 51 week contract with iQ Student Accommodation.
