Yes, our Virtual Open Days are exclusive to those that register and so you must sign up to receive the live event link.
You will need to show a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours before entering the building. We recommend doing this in advance before attending, either by visiting your local testing centre or utilising a lateral flow test at home.
Unless exempt, we expect all attendees to wear masks throughout the duration of their visit.
Please be aware that we are operating under a one-way system whilst also adhering to social distancing guidelines during these tours. Therefore, guests will be asked to use the stairs during their tour rather than the lifts.
If you have any special access requirements while taking part in the building tour please email[email protected] in advance.
No, you will not be on camera for other people to see you but you will be able to contact us, ask questions and interact with us through the chat feature.
We recommend viewing the virtual open day on laptop or desktop computer as this is often the most comfy option for viewing an event for longer than an hour. However, should a laptop or desktop computer be unavailable the event can still be accessed via mobile or tablet.
For the best attendee experience we recommend attending the event live so that you can interact with Ravensbourne staff and get your questions answered live.
However, for whatever reason you miss part of the event or want to watch a session again, the event will be available on demand to watch in your own time. Please note you will only be able to access the on demand event if you have pre-registered.
Absolutely. While our live open day events will offer you the most engaging experience, we have lots of great open day content on demand.
We hope these FAQs answer any questions you may have, but we are always happy to hear from you! Simply email [email protected].
