The course gave me a firm foundation into design thinking and allowed me to understand how to design solutions with and for the end user. This is of course intrinsic to how government should be designing policies and services for the citizen and is a style of thinking that is just starting to emerge.Tim King, MDes Design Management (2012/13), Cabinet Office

Now working as an insight/innovation strategist within a brand and design agency, I am able to communicate effectively with clients and creatives, understanding challenges and developing effective strategy.Riccardo Trevisani, MDes Design Management (2013/14), IntelligentC Ltd
