To make sure your account is protected we use multi-factor authentication, this means you will need to approve access from your phone whenever you login to a system using your IT account.
This page will instruct you how to do this.
After you enrol, you will receive an email to your personal address informing you that your Ravensbourne IT account has been created. This is the main account that you will use to access all of Ravensbourne’s applications during your studies.
