Outcomes

  • With reference to United Nations (UN) sustainable development goal 4 of ensuring equity, inclusivity, and a respectful project learning environment, and to achieve and integrate Goal 4’s Target 4.3 and Target 4.4 (United Nations, 2023) of affordable education and increasing job skills readiness for employability and entrepreneurship within my module, Dr Vaibhavi's is focused on achieving improved results and graduate success through shared learning.

  • Dr Vaibhavi also looks forward to becoming a signatory of the SDG Accord as academic staff to develop within the project management sector. She will be including students as ambassadors of these target goals with a focus on sustainable education.

  • To help overcome workforce skills gaps or shortages in the employment market in London and minimise the profound impact of the lack of suitably job-ready and skilled candidates in the job market faced by many firms.

  • To help businesses and clients meet on-board training needs and help to fulfil project management skill requirements.

  • This project will help students gain employability and job-ready skills needed for the project management sector as they aim to become effective project managers.

  • For a job market that is increasingly valuing diverse skillsets, the need of continuous upskilling will be fulfilled by our course and department to meet course specifications and Ravensbourne’s strategy.

  • We will look to achieve improved career mobility as certifications will aid students to advance in careers in construction, engineering, the creative sector, and IT and become adaptable and future ready.
