Connecting to Eduroam Wi-Fi

Eduroam is a free, superfast and secure Wi-Fi service available to staff and students across the Ravensbourne campus

Which type of user are you?

Students should follow these instructions to connect to the Eduroam Wi-Fi Network on your device

Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Select Eduroam from the Wi-Fi list
Username: insert your 9number and include “@rave.ac.uk" (e.g. [email protected])
Password: insert your IT password
Tap Join
If prompted, tap Trust to accept the security certificate

Android Devices

Select Eduroam from the Wi-Fi list
Configure the following settings then tap connect:

- EAP method: select PEAP
- Phase 2 authentication: select MSCHAPV2
- CA certificate: select Use system certificates
- Domain: insert rave.ac.uk
- Identity: insert your [email protected]
- Anonymous identity: Leave this blank
- Password: insert your IT password

Staff should follow these instructions to connect to the Eduroam Wi-Fi Network on your device

Password: insert your IT password
Tap Join
If prompted, tap Trust to accept the security certificate
