‘Diamond' was one of a series of idents which followed the BBC1 Creation idents and depicted the delivery, revealing or opening of the new BBC1 symbol. In the ident a luxurious box opened to reveal the new, sparkling, diamond encrusted BBC1 symbol. It was a studio model shoot with sparkle added in post-production.
