Self-service password reset options

Keeping your password secure is an essential part of information security at Ravensbourne
This page is for current staff and students who have completed the IT account activation process
Select a self-service option to reset or recover your IT account
Please note...
To use this self-service, you needed to have set up at least one multi-factor authentication method on your account to verify your identity. If you do not have access to your account, or you need to reset your password and have not registered or have lost access to your authentication method, you will need to log a ticket to recover your IT account.
For your password to be valid it must meet the following criteria:

- Must not contain common passwords, or words or elements of your REAL NAME or things easily associated with you personally. Our systems will reject words such as Ravensbourne, London, Arsenal, and March etc automatically
- Must include characters from at least 3 of the 4 following categories:
- Uppercase letters of European languages (A through Z).
- Lowercase letters of European languages (a through z).
- Numeric digits (0 through 9).
- Non-alphanumeric characters
If you receive an error when attempting to change your password, check that it meets the requirements listed above and try again.
