Her work spans the psychology of learning, occupational psychology, coaching, and psychotherapy, and she has led major strategic initiatives in curriculum and assessment design, inclusive learning, student transitions, and institution-wide learning enhancement (including virtual learning environment implementation).
Professor Tattersall has contributed nationally to higher-education quality and policy through roles including the Office for Students TEF subject-level pilot panel (Psychology) and leadership within the British Psychological Society Graduate Education Committee, alongside governance and accreditation work across the UK.
