Concept and creative process
Titles for ‘Words and Pictures Plus’, a Schools spin-off series for younger children, designed to introduce them to letter recognition and vowel sounds and prepare them for reading. The opening sequence showed the formation of the programme title with each word created in a different way, culminating in a shooting star animation bringing on the complete title. The entire sequence was composited and animated digitally.
