Concept and creative process
Chris Serle presented a programme featuring material from BBC Film and Videotape Library, Windmill Rd, covering a different theme each week. The title sequence scenario tells the story of the retrieval of material from the Library, its delivery to BBC TV Centre and its return to the Library again after use. The journey is described visually in a graphic style using cut-out photographs worked on with mixed coloured media filmed on a rostrum camera.
