Simple moves on Bernard Lodge's own original drawings evoke the 16th century in Spain where the play was set. The use of the motion possibilities inherent in the rostrum camera stand enabled the designer to create drama and tension in this title and illustrated prologue to 'The Master of Santiago', of which only this fragment has survived.
