Titles for ‘Hangar 17’, a music and variety show for 9 to 13 year-olds, produced by Children’s Programmes and presented by comedian Mickey Hutton. The titles were made by Andy Carroll for Executive Producer Christopher Pilkington for whom he had worked on a number of other shows. The titles depict the audience queue waiting to go into the Hangar 17 venue framed by graphics of comic book aviators, superheroes and astronauts as the countdown ticks down to Take Off and the ‘Hangar 17’ logo flies up from above the entrance to fill frame and launch the show.
