Concept and creative process
The convivial scenes of the presenter Jancis Robinson and guests, the atmospheric interior and the food and wine cutaways were specially filmed on 16mm by Director of Photography Tim Green. Designer/Directors Kevin Hill and John Salisbury edited the sequence and added the punctuating lower third programme logos on Quantel Hal.
