Concept and creative process
A children's sitcom set in a wacky hotel run by comedy duo Heap and Wall and with a resident family, The Gristles, who were ‘Spitting Image’ style puppets. The animation was created in cell animation by Boxer and filmed on a rostrum camera set-up. It was post-produced to include production clips of the hotel owners’ and residents’ antics.
