Reporting

Ravensbourne has a robust complaints process that protects and supports students. However we recognise that sometimes people may not feel willing to reveal their personal details when raising concerns. 

We still want to hear about problems or issues you may have faced during your time at Ravensbourne. For this reason we allow students, staff and members of the public to raise anonymous reports.

These reports will be collated and with the support of the Student Union fed back to decision making groups and teams within Ravensbourne. This will help us to identify areas of additional concern that may be identified through our official complaints process.

As this is an anonymous report you will not be asked for any contact details and will be able to provide only general information about your area of concern. If you want to move a complaint forward personally or discuss your issues in detail then please consider making a formal complaint.

As with our official complaints process we will publish an annual report for the public outlining anonymous reports that have been received.

It’s important to remember that an anonymous report can not move forward as an official complaint. If you are experiencing difficulties right now you have a number of options to access support. The RSU is led by recent graduates of Ravensbourne with the full intention of representing the student's voice. YoungMinds
Advice and support for young people facing issues around mental health. Includes advice pages, self-help guides and support for young people in crisis.

The Mix
Essential support for under 25s. Phone, Email, Web support and Counselling. Includes advice and guidance through live chats and an online support community.
