Make it Ravensbourne
Six reasons to choose Ravensbourne
There are many reasons to study at Ravensbourne, but here are our top six:
Industry focusWe've got a strong track record in getting good jobs for our graduates, because we equip them with the practical skills they need to excel in the workplace. Our current graduate employability rate is an impressive 94.7%. So 19 out of 20 students are in employment or further study within 6 months of graduating. This figure is provided by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), and is based on 2015/16 graduates.
Ravensbourne is among the top third of all institutions in England for creative graduate salaries. This is based on median salaries 5 years after graduating taken from the Department for Education's Longitudinal Education Outcomes 2017.
We have close working relationships with local and national industries, making sure that as a Ravensbourne learner you'll have access to a wealth of work placement opportunities.
We had more students involved in broadcasting the Olympic and Paralympic games than any other education institution in London, and we also ran live projects with prestigious firms such as Barclays, Marks and Spencer and Ogilvy.
We’ve always looked for a strong relationship with colleges who can provide us with great candidates for work experience, which Ravensbourne fulfills hands down.
The level of competency of the students is very impressive, both in creative thinking and technical prowess.

Creative engagementInnovation is at the heart of all we do, so it's no surprise we're at the forefront of the creative and technology sectors.
We regularly hold events to bring creative minds together and stimulate debate, attracting some of the biggest names in the digital arts. In the past we have partnered with Mozilla on Mozfest, an event about the future of the web, as well as held Music Tech Fest and the 3D Storytelling conference, exploring the creative use of 3D.
We want to give our students the best access to cutting edge digital technology. So we have a laptop bursary scheme, offering a £300 discount for students enrolling on undergraduate courses. And you can find entitlements on creative software packages, some of which are free, at our student store.
LocationAs a cutting-edge creative institution, Ravensbourne couldn't be better placed. We're right next door to the world famous O2 music arena, and as a learner here you'll be eligible for discounts to a number of its restaurants, bars and shops.
We're on the Greenwich digital peninsula, London's newest digital community, and close to Tech City, the capital's fast-growing media and technology hub.
