Ravensbourne University London celebrates its fantastic cohort of December 2025 graduates

Family, friends, tutors and industry guests gathered once again at the iconic Barbican Centre on Tuesday 2 December to celebrate Ravensbourne University London’s winter graduation ceremonies.

The day marked a proud moment for hundreds of postgraduate students who have completed master’s degrees across the university’s business, computing, design, media and creative industries disciplines.

Across morning and afternoon ceremonies, 804 graduates were honoured, including students from Ravensbourne’s Schools of Business, Management & Commerce; Computing, Architecture & Emerging Technologies; and Design, Media & Creative Industries, as well as learners from partner programmes at Morley College.

Honouring academic excellence across all three schools

Graduates from the School of Business, Management & Commerce celebrated achievements across programmes including the MBA, MSc Digital Marketing and MSc Project Management, together representing more than 600 graduates from the May and September cohorts.

The School of Computing, Architecture & Emerging Technologies recognised students completing MSc Computer Science, MSc Cyber Security and MSc Cyber Security Management, marking another strong year for technological and industry-ready expertise.

The School of Design, Media & Creative Industries honoured graduates across its expanding suite of postgraduate courses, including MA Design Communication, MA Illustration, MA Luxury Brand Management and MFA Digital Photography.

Celebrating two icons with honorary doctorates

Ravensbourne also welcomed two distinguished figures from the world of design and architecture, each receiving an honorary doctorate in recognition of their contribution to their fields:

  • Thomas Heatherwick – Doctor of Design & Architecture (morning ceremony)
  • Jay Osgerby – Doctor of Product Design (afternoon ceremony)

Both recipients shared words of encouragement for Ravensbourne graduates stepping into the next stage of their creative and professional lives.
