Equal consideration is given to all applications received by the appropriate deadline. We also accept applications after the published deadline date(s) but please note that places may be limited on some courses.
Applications for BA (Hons), BSc (Hons) courses need to be directed online via UCAS.
UCAS codes and entry requirements for each course are listed on the individual course pages.
The UCAS website will guide you through the process, which is simple and easy to complete.
Alternatively, you can apply through your school or college using the UCAS system.
Please always make sure you check the deadline dates for applying.
If you are successful with your application you may be asked to attend an interview and show some of your work. We have put together some advice and what to expect on an interview here. Please check the course page for your chosen course to see if an interview or portfolio is required.

Please note: If the course you are applying to does not require a portfolio or interview please skip this step and go straight to step 5.
If you’re eligible, we’ll send you a link to select an interview date and time that works for you. You’ll also be asked to share your portfolio a few days before your booked interview.
If your interview is successful, you will receive an offer which you can view on UCAS and your applicant portal. Your offer may be conditional or unconditional depending on whether you have already met our entry requirements or if your qualifications are still in progress.
You can choose to accept your offer and make Ravensbourne your firm choice via UCAS.
The process is made simple by using UCAS Hub:
If you applied via UCAS, we will usually receive your grades automatically. Otherwise, you’ll need to send us your final grades and certificates.
If you are an international student and you require a CAS, we’ll invite you to upload the required information to our CAS platform and provide instructions for paying your CAS deposit. Once you receive your CAS, you can apply for your visa. After your visa has been issued, you can travel to the UK.
If you are applying for a course which requires you to show us your portfolio, you don’t need to upload it to the applicant portal until 48 hours before your interview. That means you still have plenty of time to perfect it before you meet us. Click here to see the specific portfolio requirements for each course.
We are also offering various workshops over the next few months including portfolio and showreel clinics, which can provide you with tailored advice on how to improve your portfolio in preparation for your interview.
You can book a place on one of our workshops here, where you will also find useful downloadable resources such as interview tips, portfolio guidance, careers advice and more.
