The Student Counsellor Service offers free skilled and confidential help to Ravensbourne students experiencing difficulties with their studies or in their personal lives.

Counselling can assist you in coping with a range of issues including:

  • Stress / Anxiety / panic attacks / low self esteem
  • Loneliness / isolation
  • Sexual identity
  • Depression / mood swings
  • Anger
  • Eating disorders
  • Relationships / bereavement / family problems / friendships
  • Coping with illness
  • Problems with drinking or drugs
  • Traumatic experiences
  • Lack of motivation / time management / workload

Counselling can help you to become more resourceful and effective in your responses to challenges or difficulties and to bring about the sort of changes you want in your life.

We offer time limited counselling which could be up to six sessions.
