Concept and creative process
‘Nanny' was a popular drama series that ran from 1981 to 1983. The titles created the context for the drama in a charming animated frieze on the wall of the nursery. The set and props were filmed 35mm stop frame on a track and dolly and cut paper figures on the wall frieze were animated in situ.
