Concept and creative process
The English rose, the Scottish thistle and the Irish shamrock are all garlanded with swags of red, white and blue bunting for this specially created opening title for the 1977 ‘Jubilee Jackanory’ programme. The familiar title font preceded it in blue with a white outline on a red background accompanied by a brass band march.
