Concept and creative process

Esther Rantzen and Michael Groth present a series of programmes celebrating acts of kindness and courage which have not been publicly celebrated before.The 2D computer generated title sequence portrays this theme in a number of animated scenarios and matching vignettes, framing live footage of the current week’s unsung heroines and heroes. The programme logo evolves naturally out of the heart on the chest of the Good Samaritan character central to the animation concept.
