In Year 1 you will build skills in operations, management and business finance. This will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of the principles of business practice at an introductory level. 

You will learn how strategy is incorporated at management level to support the business and functional operations of an organisation. 

In Year 2, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to identify, critically evaluate and apply theories of global business practice. 

You will be able to apply your creativity in a practical context through modules in digital business and complete an industry placement or professional project. 

In your final year, you will build on everything you’ve learnt in years 1 and 2 and move to a more independent learning mode. This will develop your own confidence in preparation for graduation and your future career path. 

With the skills and knowledge you’ve accumulated throughout your course, you will be able to confidently demonstrate an ability to identify, critically evaluate and apply theories of global business practice. 

At Ravensbourne we accept a wide range of qualifications for entry onto our courses, whilst also considering the context in which they were achieved. For this course, we would usually require a GCSE Grade 4 or above in English in addition to any of the below;

• Three A Levels at grade BCC or above
• BTEC Extended Diploma at grade DMM
• UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma
• T Level (pass or above)
• Access to Higher Education Diploma
• International Baccalaureate at grade 24 or above
• Other/Mixed qualifications equivalent to 104 UCAS Tariff points
