After completing a BA in Visual Communication, Steve worked at London design agency Bull Rodger for major clients such as Lloyds Bank and Warner Bros. He won an IPA effectiveness award for BP Chemicals.
He then worked as a digital director at ico design, putting together cross-media campaigns for Bosch, and Armstrong world industries. He also created websites and installations for The Science Museum, Crafts Council and interactives for the Wellcome Collection. His awards include a BIMA, a couple of D&AD nominations and work featured in the V&A's permanent collection.
Currently, he is an Associate Senior Lecturer on the BA (Hons) Advertising & Brand Management course at Ravensbourne and Creative Director of icoex - an experience design consultancy focused on the understanding of business goals, consumer experience, and user engagement.
He also leads teams in digital marketing projects in a variety of sectors, from education to commercial.
