Television presenter, author, and activist June Sarpong, and acclaimed photographer, entrepreneur, and social justice advocate, Misan Harriman, have been awarded honorary doctorates by Ravensbourne University London in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the fields of broadcasting and photography, respectively.

The honorary degrees were presented to Sarpong and Harriman during Ravensbourne's winter graduation ceremony held at the Barbican, London, where both individuals also delivered an impactful speech to our graduating students.

June Sarpong has been a prominent figure in the media industry for over two decades, known for her work with major television networks such as ITV and Sky, and her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion. Her engaging and insightful approach to discussing important social issues has earned her widespread acclaim, making her a respected voice in the industry.
