
Dr Daniel Oladiran B.Eng., MBA, DBA, PGCert, FHEA
Biography
Dr Daniel Oladiran is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business, Management and Commerce at Ravensbourne University London. With a career spanning engineering, healthcare, and business, he combines industry expertise with academic leadership to deliver impactful teaching, research, and knowledge exchange.
Daniel began his career at Nestlé before moving into consultancy and the NHS, where he worked with the arm of the NHS dedicated to delivering excellent healthcare and health improvement to the patients and public of England. His doctoral research developed a Strategic EHRS Implementation Sustainability Framework, tackling long standing challenges in healthcare technology adoption.
At Ravensbourne, he is recognised for innovative and inclusive teaching practice, particularly in postgraduate education. He redesigned the MBA Dissertation module to enhance clarity and student experience, and he co-designed both the MSc Project Management and the MSc Engineering Management curriculum, embedding strong industry collaboration.
His research focuses on change management, leadership, digital transformation, and Sustainability. Beyond academia, Daniel runs a consultancy supporting Entrepreneurs, SMEs, and public sector leaders with strategy, leadership development, and sustainable change.
A values-led educator and consultant, he is also an active speaker and thought leader, sharing insights that help organisations and individuals navigate complexity and thrive sustainably.
