Concept and creative process
The opening titles for a nature documentary series, narrated by David Attenborough, took the form of a cell animation of various creatures and their camouflage markings as they moved straight towards the viewer. Each image, including the series title, transitioned to the next in a 24-frame animated wipe. The sequence was filmed on a rostrum camera.
