Titles for ‘Tinsel Town’, a drama set in Glasgows's high-octane club scene about the lifestyles of the people who go to the ‘Tinsel Town’ nightclub. For all its brevity, the title sequence was equally high-octane. It was a digitally edited montage of nocturnal hand-held live action, featuring bright lights and abstract subliminal footage. These images were composited with the title ‘Tinsel Town’, set in a distressed lowercase font and layered over itself at different scales and colours, visually orchestrated to a ‘Tinsel Town’ soundtrack. The play was a BBC Scotland production.
