Concept and creative process
Opening titles for an historical drama set during the mid-17th century, dealing with the impact of the English Civil War on the fictional Lacey family. For the title sequence a series of location drawings were made as backgrounds and the programme logo and credits were printed on acetates, overlaid and filmed in a top-lit 35mm rostrum camera shoot.
