Sound On Film (1999)

Concept and creative process

The titles for this show consisted of a short montage of sound and film viewed through the counters of letterforms, or the dot on the i of Film, that form the logo of the programme. Seen in close up framing the footage, and as a moving texture, the designers created an interesting background for the white version of the logo that tracks slowly to its final position on screen in sync with the last drum beat.
