Concept and creative process

Titles for an in-depth political analysis series, including regional and local stories making headlines and affecting the community. Designers Paula Thompson and Rob Burrell set a more relaxed tone for this Sunday midday politics show, with a montage of specially filmed live action scenarios reflecting the demographics of the target audience. The portable TVs featured with the people were composited in a digital edit, as were the on-screen pre-shot close-ups of the talking mouths of different ethnicities and the final programme logo.
