Opening titles for a period drama series set in 1922, starring Saskia Reeves. Londoner Chloe Marsh sees a poster advertising plots of land for sale in the country for only £5. Designer Linda Sherwood-Page used production footage, with the panning shot of the estate agent’s illustrated handbill of the sale of building plots composited over it. At the end of the pan the illustrations of the houses to be built on the plots dissolved to colour and an animated sunrise illuminated the scene with a promise of a sunlit tomorrow.
