Concept and creative process
The titles for 'Places from the Heart', a programme about revisiting significant places from one's past, resulted from the designer's very personal journey into his own past. It is a sequence created from a collection of personal memorabilia, home movies, family photographs, official documents, letters and children’s books which formed a background to actual three dimensional toys, games and sentimental keepsakes, which were hand animated stop frame on top.
