Titles for a comedy drama series about detective Henry Crabbe’s cases, starring Richard Griffiths and Maggie Steed. The light-hearted police drama series ran for 5 series and centred around a long-serving detective on the verge of retirement, who would much rather be the full-time chef at his gourmet restaurant. This love of food and the law is reflected in the book titles revealed by the close-up live action panning shots over his bookcase shelves.
