Titles for a serial dramatisation of ‘Our Mutual Friend’, the Charles Dickens tale of passion, greed and betrayal. Lizzie and her father scraped a living on the banks of the Thames until one day they recovered a body that linked them with another world. The titles were superimposed, from artwork filmed on a 35mm rostrum camera, in a film optical of atmospheric production shots of the Thames.
