Concept and creative process
Titles for ‘Nature’, a weekly look at wildlife and the issues affecting the living world. Live action shots of threats to the environment from industry, traffic, energy production and pesticides were counterpointed with shots of the natural world and its flora and fauna. They were contrasted in a series of torn-edge wipes which were filmed on the rostrum camera, together with the opening title logo, and composited together with the production footage in a film optical.
