Concept and creative process
Animated titles for a children's all-action comedy adventure, starring Russell Tovey and featuring Bill and Ruby, kids from a council estate on holiday at the mysterious Dunster Castle, an outdoor activity centre in Somerset. The animated sequence by Triffic Films was based on rotoscoped live action scenes from the production, re-rendered in a loose drawn style with additional comic animation of the facial features. The entire sequence was repeated for the end credits of the show which were run as a crawling title in the lower third of the screen.
