Concept and creative process
The opening titles for the flagship money programme were created through the live action filming of monetary symbols, from coins to notes to bullion to bank vaults, nicely choreographed to the music. Close scrutiny of the document reveals the signatures of Arpad Elfer (Head of BBC Graphics Department at the time) and that of fellow designer Alan Jeapes!
