Opening titles for ‘The Mind of the Enemy’, a thriller serial in five parts by Michael Gilbert. Using specially shot stills of the actors in character, Oliver Elmes dramatically zoomed in to a close-up on each one and combined it with an object symbolic of the murky world in which they operated, namely espionage, investigation, treason, entrapment and retribution.
