Concept and creative process
The titles for an archaeology series 'Meet the Ancestors', in which archaeologist Julian Richards investigates ancient sites and the remains uncovered there. The programme was based on different archeological digs, and reconstructed what the remains might have looked like in life, created using advanced laser technology. Clay modelling techniques, based on computer simulation from the measurement of the remains discovered, created the ancestor's head and features as a background to the programme title.
