Concept and creative process
Opening titles for a series of geo-history programmes for ages 9-12, presented by Charlotte Avery and Jamie Theakston. The titles covered the territory of Europe in a non-stop animated sequence with all of the camera moves and transitions from one scene to the next an integral part of the animation. The resulting artwork was filmed on a rostrum camera with a fixed field and no camera movement required.
