Concept and creative process
Titles for a comedy series about a mother who demanded to be looked after, starring Stephanie Cole. The sitcom ran for two series between 1997 and 1998. The titles focused on the home life revolving around the mother figure with a live action shot of her sitting benignly in her armchair. As the camera pulls out, she is joined by the two men in her life whom she manipulated by various means to dance to her tune. The full colour studio green screen shots were layered in post-production over sepia toned and distorted scenes of their family life together.
