Concept and creative process
Opening titles for a series in which Jonathan Miller ran a series of six workshops in which he aimed to make opera more accessible to the general public. The titles were formed from production footage of workshop rehearsals and performances, edited into an animated montage in post-production, using an animated ‘torn paper’ effect to transition between the heavily colourised and distressed shots.
