'Horizon' celebrated twenty-one years of work, achievement and awards with a birthday edition opening title compilation which included a number of sequences from previous series in a montage spanning the years since the programme’s inception in 1964, notably the titles by Barbra Flinder 'Monolith' (1982) and Roger Kennedy’s 'Laserbeam' (1974).
