Concept and creative process
Titles for a series in which John Noakes embarked on a series of challenging outdoor adventure pursuits. The sequence was composed only of stills taken from location shoots and set the tone for more derring-do exploits for which he had become famous as the ‘Blue Peter’ man of action. It was made as a film optical sequence which dissolved through to the opening shot of each episode.
