Six plays by Frederic Raphael, spanning a 20 year period, followed a cohort of Cambridge students from their academic careers at college to the pursuit of the glittering prizes in their subsequent careers. Dick Bailey’s sensitive illustrations of the actors in their character roles also convey this sense of the passage of time.
