Titles for ‘DJ Heaven’, a series which drew on vintage clips from 'Top of the Pops' and devoted each programme in tribute to a particular DJ. The title sequence consisted of tableaux of vintage recording instruments and vinyl discs, broadcasting and receiving equipment, Victorian engravings of celestial angels and vignettes containing portraits of the featured DJs. The tableaux were composited in a digital edit on a Quantel Henry over a background of an imploding celestial sky. The decorative illuminated manuscript-style programme logo reflected the ecclesiastical theme still further.
